The company Esycsa belonging to the Spanish group Etra, proposes to the city council several options, among them our VANGUARD traffic light model and the city council finally decides to install the VANGUARD.
In addition, and exceptionally, the city council decides that not only does it want a new traffic light design, but also proposes the possibility of doing something different such as proposing a citizen vote that through a WEB portal citizens could choose the color of the new traffic lights between various colors , resulting in a solution that in addition to modern is identifying the city with a specific GREEN traffic light that we have called "Green Vigo".
